Customer Service Agent

As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be the vital link between our customers and our business, ensuring every order is managed accurately, efficiently, and with a customer-first mindset.

Success in this role comes from staying calm under pressure, thinking on your feet, and genuinely caring about helping customers achieve the best outcome.

About the role

You'll play a key part in delivering exceptional service and ensuring a smooth customer experience by:

• Managing customer orders and delivery requests accurately and efficiently

• Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

• Communicating proactively to keep customers informed and projects moving

• Solving problems and finding practical solutions when circumstances change

• Working closely with operational teams to coordinate successful outcomes

• Providing service that customers remember for all the right reasons

• Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

About you

We're not looking for concrete industry experience. We're looking for people with the right attitude and a genuine passion for customer service.

You'll bring:

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn

• Strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgement

• The ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment

• High attention to detail and strong administrative skills

• Confidence working with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities

• Previous customer service, administration, logistics, scheduling, or coordination experience will be highly regarded
