Jr Formulator

Como Formulador contribuirás al desarrollo, adaptación y mejora de formulaciones de recubrimientos para el sector automotriz, mediante la ejecución de actividades técnicas y de laboratorio que permitan cumplir con los requerimientos de desempeño, calidad y servicio de clientes internos y externos.

Key Responsibilities

• Ejecutar actividades relacionadas con el desarrollo, adaptación, evaluación y mejora de formulaciones de recubrimientos.

• Realizar pruebas de laboratorio y análisis técnicos para validar el desempeño de productos y materiales.

• Documentar resultados, generar reportes técnicos y mantener registros de las actividades realizadas.

• Participar en proyectos de mejora continua, innovación y optimización de productos o procesos.

• Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales para atender requerimientos técnicos y de negocio.

• Utilizar herramientas digitales, sistemas y plataformas especializadas para la gestión y seguimiento de proyectos y formulaciones.

• Apoyar en la identificación, análisis y solución de problemas relacionados con productos, procesos o desempeño en aplicación.

Qualifications

• Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Química, Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería de Materiales o disciplinas afines.

• Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en desarrollo de recubrimientos, formulación química, laboratorio de desarrollo o áreas relacionadas.

• Experiencia en la industria automotriz es un plus

• Fundamentos de formulación de recubrimientos, teoría y evaluación de color, procesos de dispersión y molienda, aplicación y evaluación de recubrimientos.

• Manejo de equipos de laboratorio y equipos analíticos.
