Description
Property Management Growth Manager
Lead the growth of a growing property management company where your leadership, performance, and results are recognized and rewarded.
We are seeking an experienced, driven, and highly organized Property Management Growth Manager to lead and grow our property management division while delivering exceptional service to our property owners, tenants, vendors, and team.
This is much more than an office management position. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, building relationships, and helping grow a business. You'll spend time in the office, in the field inspecting properties, meeting with owners and vendors, and occasionally representing the company in court for eviction and property-related matters.
If you're energized by challenges, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering outstanding customer service while holding people accountable, we'd love to meet you.
We're Looking for Someone Who Is
Highly organized and exceptionally detail-oriented.
Growth-minded and always looking for ways to improve the business.
Compassionate when people need understanding, yet confident enough to make difficult decisions when necessary.
Comfortable having hard conversations while remaining respectful and professional.
Excellent at multitasking without sacrificing quality.
A strong communicator, both verbally and in writing.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Dependable, trustworthy, and accountable.
Comfortable learning and utilizing technology and property management software.
Professional in appearance and conduct.
Calm under pressure and capable of solving problems with confidence.
Traits That Matter More Than Experience
While experience is valuable, we're ultimately looking for someone with the right character and mindset.
The ideal candidate:
Takes ownership instead of making excuses.
Sees problems as opportunities to improve systems.
Follows through on commitments without needing constant supervision.
Has high emotional intelligence and knows when to lead with empathy and when to enforce policies.
Is proactive rather than reactive.
Communicates clearly and professionally, even during difficult situations.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Has a strong desire to grow personally while helping grow the company.
Treats every property owner's investment as if it were their own.
Who This Job Is Not For
This position offers tremendous opportunity for the right person—but it isn't the right fit for everyone.
This role is not a good fit if you:
Want a job where you simply clock in, clock out, and avoid responsibility.
Need constant direction or supervision to stay productive.
Avoid difficult conversations or conflict.
Become overwhelmed when juggling multiple priorities.
Dislike change or adapting to new challenges.
Aren't comfortable being held accountable to measurable goals and performance standards.
Prefer sitting behind a desk all day rather than visiting properties, meeting clients, tenants, vendors, and business partners.
Struggle to follow through on commitments or deadlines.
View feedback as criticism instead of an opportunity to improve.
Believe customer service means saying "yes" to everyone instead of finding fair, professional solutions.
Aren't excited about helping build and grow a company.
We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, embraces accountability, takes pride in serving others, and wants to help build something exceptional. If you're looking for a career—not just another job—and want the opportunity to make a lasting impact, you'll fit right in.
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role isn't measured by simply completing daily tasks. It's measured by making the company stronger every month.
Successful candidates will:
Grow the number of properties under management.
Deliver an exceptional experience that earns long-term loyalty from property owners and tenants.
Maintain high property standards through proactive inspections and attention to detail.
Resolve challenges quickly, professionally, and fairly.
Build systems and processes that improve efficiency and help the company scale.
Protect the interests of both property owners and tenants while operating with integrity and professionalism.
Develop strong relationships that generate referrals, owner retention, and company growth.
Compensation & Growth Opportunity
Full-time (40 hours per week)
Competitive base salary based on experience.
Compensation is designed to reward growth, performance, leadership, and results—not simply time on the job.
Performance incentives and bonus opportunities are available based on helping grow the property management division, delivering exceptional customer service, improving operational performance, increasing client satisfaction, and contributing to the company's long-term success.
Opportunities for professional development, leadership development, and career advancement within a growing company.
