Description
General Responsibilities :
1. Implement, direct and coordinate the preparation, process and control of production in accordance with the strategy and planning superiors on the basis of master Production Schedule of PPIC and TDS in each product
2. Coordinate and control the process and quality of filling results in accordance with the direction of superiors on the basis of the specified specifications.
3. Checking the CCP monitoring and info immediately to the supervisor to request corrective action if there are any deviations in accordance with the requirements in ISO document and HACCP Plan.
4. Control of trial and commissioning of machines.
5. Control of administration of Filling Plant including report of raw material mutation, packaging and production of pershift, and info immediately to the supervisor if there is any irregularities
6. Collect and inspect logsheets of machinery and production results to be submitted to superiors
7. Help follow up and check the implementation of preventive maintenance schedule to keep the production equipment can be used properly.
8. Carry out Safety Regulation in accordance with applicable policies (SMK3).
9. Take responsibility for the implementation of subordinate discipline.
10. Implementing the implementation of quality management system (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC system, RSPO, SMART D_Safe, OHSAS 18001, HACCP) and Checking PRP has been well implemented and true
11. Preparing employee development data in Filling Plant.
12. Take responsibility for the smoothness and accuracy of the SAP administration.
13. Create daily, weekly and monthly reports to the Officer.
14. Participate in maintaining and maintaining all work equipment. (equipment) and cleanliness at Filling Plant location.
