Key Responsibilities
Learning Operations
Manage end-to-end coordination of Aptia Pensions Training Academy (APTA) and new joiner induction batches.
Manage scheduling, trainer allocation, communication, attendance tracking, and training logistics.
Manage feedback collection, analysis, and reporting for all learning programs
Certification & Learning Enrolments
Handle nomination and enrolment processes for CPC, APE, PMI certifications and internal certification programs.
Administer enrolments for TAP (Technical Assessment Program – In-house domain assessment).
Track and maintain data for certifications and learning allowances.
Systems and Tools Management
Manage administration, configuration, and ongoing enhancements of learning platforms such as Workday Learning, Degreed, and LinkedIn Learning.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to enable new features, troubleshoot issues, and improve user experience.
Workday LMS: Create learning batches, schedule events, manage attendance, upload courses, and assign trainers.
Degreed: Create and assign Learning Plans, Learning Pathways, and Role Plans on Degreed platform.
Upload domain assessments, manage assignments, and generate completion/engagement reports.
Finance & Compliance Operations
Manage Purchase Orders (POs), invoices, and ensure timely processing in coordination with Finance.
Maintain data accuracy and compliance for learning-related allowances and claims.
Reporting & Analytics
Design and maintain learning and talent dashboards using data from Workday, Degreed, and other sources.
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports using intermediate Excel skills (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, filters).
Track progress, feedback trends, and training effectiveness metrics.
Stakeholder Coordination
Schedule regular check-ins and review meetings with trainers, internal stakeholders, and external vendors.
Liaise with HR, Finance, Tech, and Business Units for seamless delivery of L&D initiatives.
Required Skills and Experience
Must-Have
Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, filters), Word, PowerPoint Strong coordination, communication and analytical abilities.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proactive problem-solver with a process mindset.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
Good-to-Have
2–4 years of experience in Learning Operations, data management and reporting, Learning Platforms and systems administration.
Familiarity with dashboarding tools or visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Hands-on experience with Workday Learning and Degreed platforms.
Familiarity with Articulate Rise/Storyline (basic content updates or creation).
