- Track delivery against milestones, KPIs and OKRs across the full digital funnel
- Improve and globally enforce standardized KPI frameworks and performance dashboards across web, content, campaigns in collaboration with the analytics team
- Identify risks early and drive mitigation plans
- Maintain transparency on progress, blockers, trade-offs and performance gaps vs. targets
- Hold teams accountable to commitments and timelines to ensure completion of action items
Drive cross-functional program delivery
- Lead program management for global web and digital experience initiatives
- Coordinate across Digital, IT, marcom, Business Lines and regional teams
- Define clear scope, timelines, deliverables, and ownership
- Coordinate dependencies across content, UX, and technical delivery to ensure optimized customer journeys and measurable impact
- Drive alignment between sales, content strategy, web experience, and campaign execution
What you bring
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in program management, PMO, or delivery leadership in a global, matrixed environment
- Strong track record leading cross-functional digital or web programs with demonstrated business impact and performance improvement
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and executive-level governance
- Experience in developing AI agents to improve efficiency and productivity
Skills
- Highly structured and organized; able to bring clarity to complexity
- Strong communicator with the ability to translate into clear, actionable narratives
- Skilled at managing competing priorities and driving alignment
- Proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of ownership
- Data-driven, with experience tracking performance and delivery metrics
- Demonstrated ability to apply AI to improve workflows and processes
