About the role

We need you to lead the coordination of complex interfaces across our CEZ Temelin programme in the Czech Republic, helping us deliver one of the most exciting clean energy projects in Europe.

This is a highly impactful role where you’ll work at the heart of a multi‑disciplinary, international programme—connecting stakeholders, regulators, partners and internal teams to ensure successful delivery of SMR capability.

What you will be doing

We need you to:

  • Lead and manage key project interfaces across regulatory, design, procurement and delivery activities
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with CEZ, Czech regulators and wider stakeholders
  • Support the programme in securing consents, licences and permits required for in-country delivery
  • Act as a key interface with local authorities, industry bodies, trade unions and community organisations
  • Identify and manage regulatory, cultural and delivery risks, developing mitigation strategies
  • Support in-country public consultation activities and stakeholder engagement
  • Provide local insight to support supply chain development and procurement strategies
  • Bridge cultural and language differences to enable effective collaboration across UK and Czech teams
  • Support Programme Managers in driving delivery across a complex, regulated environment

About you

We’re looking for someone who thrives in complex, highly regulated environments and enjoys working across multiple stakeholders and cultures.

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • Bring strong experience delivering major infrastructure projects within regulated industries (nuclear, utilities or oil & gas)
  • Have deep understanding of Czech Republic regulatory frameworks and bodies
  • Are confident managing relationships with regulators, government bodies and external stakeholders
  • Can navigate complexity, ambiguity and change with confidence and clarity
  • Are fluent in both Czech and English
  • Bring a proactive, solutions-focused mindset and strong personal accountability

Key skills & experience

We need you to bring strength in the following areas:

Project & Programme Management

  • Strong knowledge of project delivery frameworks, planning, risk and change management
  • Experience operating at programme level across complex, multi-interface environments

Regulatory & Stakeholder Expertise

  • Proven experience working with regulatory bodies (e.g. licensing, permitting, compliance)
  • Ability to influence and engage across government, industry and community stakeholders

Communication & Influence

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to simplify complex topics and influence at all levels

Industry Knowledge

  • Understanding of the utilities, nuclear or oil & gas sectors

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in regulated infrastructure delivery is essential
  • Project management qualification (e.g. APM PMQ or equivalent) is desirable
  • Membership of a relevant professional body is beneficial

Location & flexibility

This role can be based at any Rolls-Royce SMR location, with regular travel to the Czech Republic as required.

We support flexible and part-time working arrangements to help you balance your work and personal commitments.

Reward & benefits

  • Salary: £60,000 - £78,750
  • Benefits allowance: £2,200
  • Bonus: 12.5% opportunity
  • Pension: Excellent Rolls-Royce SMR pension
