Shifts: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM Weekdays | 12:00 PM – 12:00 AM Weekends

What You'll Do
Welcome and check in pediatric patients and their families
Verify insurance eligibility and collect required documentation
Schedule appointments and manage patient registrations
Collect co-pays and process payments accurately
Answer incoming phone calls and assist with patient inquiries
Coordinate patient flow between the front desk and clinical team
Maintain accurate patient demographics and electronic medical records
Obtain required authorizations and complete registration paperwork
Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a positive experience for every family
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years of medical receptionist experience preferred
Pediatric or urgent care experience strongly preferred
Experience verifying insurance and collecting patient payments
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Experience with EMR systems required (athenaOne experience a plus)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Professional, compassionate, and team-oriented mindset
Compensation Offered:
Hourly - Hourly Plan, 22.00 USD HourlyThe salary/rate provided complies with local regulations and reflects the potential base compensation for this role. Actual salary/rate may vary above or below based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.
