Following regulatory requirements, the technologist will perform a variety of complex Nuclear Medicine procedures; perform dose calculations and administration; perform standard Nuclear Medicine dynamic and static and therapy imaging procedures, operates imaging equipment, perform quality control procedures and minor routine maintenance tasks on equipment. On call mandatory; weeknights, weekends and holidays.Required Skills/Qualifications/Training/Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
- Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills
- Requires broad knowledge of diagnostic nuclear medicine field
Preferred Skills/Qualifications/Training/Experience:
- Experience in acute care hospital setting
- Synapse/PACS experience
- Experience with NMIS/ECAM/ADAC equipment
On- Call only. Call requirement is 1 week and 1 weekend a month.
Educational Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nuclear Medicine Technology
- Associate’s degree of Science preferred
License/Certification:
- ARRT (N), or CNMT certification; Massachusetts state license required
