Role Summary:

한국 제약 시장에서 사업 개발 및 프로젝트 실행을 지원할 경험 많은 제약 산업 전문가(SME)를 찾고 있습니다. 이 포지션은 제약 시스템, 규제 준수, 프로젝트 수행에 대한 깊은 도메인 전문성을 보유해야 하며, 특히 Level 2 및 Level 3 의 자동화, 검증 및 디지털 시스템 분야(SCADA, PLC, DCS, LIMS, QMS, MES)에서 뛰어난 경험이 필요합니다.

Key Responsibilities:

• 한국 내 제약 관련 프로젝트에 대해 전략적 고문 및 기술 리딩 역할 수행

• 제약 고객 대상 영업 전후 활동 지원

• FDA CFR 21 Part 11, ICH Q9, EU Annex 11 등 규제 프레임워크에 대한 통찰 제공 및 시스템 수명주기 전반의 준수와 품질 보장

• CSV(Computer System Validation) 및 리스크 기반 검증 전략을 포함한 검증 프로세스 안내 및 지원

• 고객, 통합업체, 내부 팀 간 원활한 소통을 통한 자동화 및 디지털 시스템 프로젝트(DCS, SCADA, PLC, LIMS, QMS, MES) 효율적 실행 지원

• 한국 제약 산업 내 폭넓은 인맥 유지 및 활용, 주요 이해관계자 및 의사결정자와의 중개 역할 수행

Preferred Background:

• 국내 시장에 대한 높은 이해도 보유

• 다음 중 하나의 경력 필수:

•    제약사 출신

•    제약 기술 또는 컨설팅 업체 출신

•    제약 분야 시스템 통합 업체 출신

• 프로젝트 경험:

- 제약 환경의 Level 2 또는 Level 3 시스템 프로젝트에 대한 검증된 수행 이력

- DCS, SCADA, PLC, LIMS, QMS, MES 도입 및 검증에 대한 감독 경험, 일정 및 SIer 계약 관리 경험

- 단순 제품 수준 참여를 넘어 ‘제약 시스템 프로젝트’관리 또는 자문 경험

Qualifications:

• 공학, 약학, 컴퓨터 과학 또는 관련 분야 학사 또는 석사 학위

• 제약 산업에서 10년 이상의 프로젝트, 준수, 자동화 리더십 경험

• 글로벌 및 국내 규제 요구사항에 대한 탄탄한 이해

• 영어 능통 (말하기 및 쓰기)
