As Process Technology Staff you will be responsible for supporting the development of all technical documentation of global manufacturing operations including user requirement specifications, standard operating procedures and batch records.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:

• Create user requirement specifications in accordance with the site standard operating procedures and current good manufacturing practices

• Maintain the standard operation procedures and consultation with subject matter experts

• Create and update batch records and department forms

• Stream-line batch documentation and standard operation procedures within the manufacturing department using lean methodologies

• Determine root cause analysis and creation of corrective and preventative actions as it relates to batch documentation and standard operating procedures.

• Comply with all operational safety, process safety, environmental permits, quality policies, procedures and training requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• High School diploma and 2 + years’ related experience OR Bachelor’s degree (consult manager on related experience)

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Writing or Equivalent (consult manager on equivalent)

• Competent in use of templates and forms

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and PowerPoint

• Good understanding of good manufacturing practices

• Ability to understand technical processes

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to train and coach others
