Job Description Summary
The PCS Global Commercial Finance FP&A Analyst supports financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and business performance analysis to help drive commercial decision-making. Working closely with Finance and Commercial teams, the role provides financial insights, identifies risks and opportunities, and supports strategic initiatives to improve profitability and business growth. This role will also lead the Global Order Booking Team which will manage the Order Booking process for the every region.Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
- Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports and performance dashboards to track business performance.
- Support annual budgeting cycles and rolling forecast processes to ensure accurate financial planning.
- Analyze orders and as-sold margins across regions, solution groups, and customer segments to identify performance drivers.
- Partner with commercial teams on pricing strategies, promotions, customer profitability, and global FX exposure management.
- Perform variance analysis between actuals, budgets, and forecasts, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Lead the global order booking process, managing a team of 5-7 members to ensure accuracy, consistency, and a zero-defect approach.
- Develop financial models to support investment decisions, business cases, and strategic initiatives while monitoring KPIs, risks, trends, and opportunities.
- Support month-end close activities, drive reporting automation and process improvements, and present financial insights to senior stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Finance, economics or related areas.
- Solid Experience in Financial planning and forecasting – 5+
- Solid Experience in Financial modelling and scenario analysis
- Solid Experience in Commercial acumen
- Solid Experience in Business partnering
- Advanced English knowledge;
- Excel and SFCD knowledge
- Power BI and Power Quary desirable
