Foundry Home Solution is looking for an experienced, motivated Bath & Shower Installer who wants more than just another installation job.

This is a 1099 contractor opportunity with a clear path to grow into our Production Manager role as the company expands.

You’ll start by completing high-quality bath and shower installations in customers’ homes. As you prove yourself, you’ll have the opportunity to transition into production leadership—overseeing installers, scheduling crews, hiring and training, and maintaining quality standards.

What You’ll Do

• Complete bath and shower remodels, often in a single day
• Perform carpentry, trim carpentry, demolition, and general remodeling
• Install acrylic bath and shower systems
• Perform basic plumbing and related remodeling work
• Follow installation standards and maintain exceptional quality
• Protect customers’ homes and maintain a clean work area
• Communicate professionally with homeowners
• Complete project paperwork and photos
• Help troubleshoot installation challenges
• As you grow, take on leadership responsibilities within production

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of bathroom remodeling, carpentry, or residential renovation experience
• Experience with acrylic bath/shower systems preferred
• Strong understanding of the residential remodeling trades
• Proficiency with common power tools
• Ability to accurately measure and complete precise installations
• Basic plumbing knowledge is a plus
• Reliable, self-motivated, and accountable
• Strong customer-service and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to build a long-term career
