Affirmed Home Care is seeking experienced and compassionate Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to a pediatric client in the comfort of their home in Manhattan, NY.

This is an excellent opportunity for an LPN with ventilator and tracheostomy experience who is looking for a consistent schedule and the opportunity to provide personalized care to a 9 month pediatric patient.

Position Details

• Location: Manhattan, NY
• Pay: $40.00 per hour
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts
• Shift Options: Days or Overnights
• Care Setting: One-on-one pediatric home care
• Experience: Ventilator and tracheostomy experience required

Qualifications

• Active New York State LPN license
• Current BLS certification
• Ventilator and tracheostomy experience required
• Pediatric nursing experience preferred
• At least one year of recent nursing experience preferred
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Physical examination completed within the last 12 months
• Current PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year, or chest X-ray within 5 years, if applicable
• Proof of MMR immunity with lab report

Your Role

As a Pediatric LPN with Affirmed Home Care, you will provide individualized nursing care to a pediatric patient in a one-on-one home environment. You will work closely with the patient's family and clinical team to help ensure safe, compassionate, and high-quality care.
