Job Description

The Clicker Agent supports call center operations by manually initiating outbound calls for agents using a designated system. This role requires maintaining focus and attention to detail throughout the shift to ensure calls are launched accurately and consistently. The Clicker Agent plays a critical role in supporting operational efficiency by monitoring call activity, identifying system issues, and escalating concerns promptly to minimize disruptions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Log into the designated calling platform at scheduled times and maintain consistent attendance to support business operations.
  • Manually launch outbound calls for call center agents in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Monitor call activity to ensure calls are routing successfully to agents.
  • Identify and promptly report system issues, including login problems, failed call connections, or interruptions in call flow.
  • Follow established processes and operational procedures to support service delivery.
  • Maintain a high level of concentration and accuracy while performing repetitive tasks over extended periods.
  • Communicate operational issues and concerns to the appropriate support teams in a timely manner.

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Reliable internet connection for remote work.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in a customer service, operations, administrative, or call center environment.
  • Ability to remain focused and productive while working independently.
  • Strong reliability, accountability, and time management skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or above, as company systems and communications are conducted in English.
  • Comfortable working in a remote work environment.

Work Schedule

  • Availability to work night shifts between Monday and Saturday.
  • Shifts may be scheduled within business operating hours of 1:00 PM to 4:00 AM, with standard 8-hour shifts.
  • Availability to work on bank holidays as required by business needs.
