The Investment Manager is a primary point of contact for clients seeking access to the full suite of investment capabilities, insights, and solutions offered by Deutsche Bank PB. This is achieved through close partnership with the Relationship Manager in the day-to-day planning and servicing of clients. The individual leverages the insights and expertise of PB’s Chief Investment Office, as well as the global and regional investment committees, to provide advice on long-term thematic investment opportunities, short-term tactical trades, and asset allocation. The Investment Manager employs a wide range of asset classes and capabilities, leveraging the knowledge of dedicated product specialists to address clients’ needs holistically, including lending and financing, deposits, discretionary and advisory portfolio management solutions, capital markets, private markets, alternative investments, and wealth planning. The Investment Manager is accountable for total investment AUM, revenue, asset retention, and contribution toward business mix objectives.

Your key responsibilities:
Assist the team in identifying client needs and corresponding opportunities to originate solutions across capital markets, discretionary mandates, advisory mandates, and alternative investments.
Participate in regular (quarterly, semi-annual, and annual) investment and business reviews with assigned clients and relevant internal partners, highlighting and addressing any gaps where required.
Support the management of clients’ overall investment portfolios and contribute to portfolio construction and asset allocation activities, delivering the CIO view to clients and helping ensure portfolios are built and overseen accordingly.
Collaborate closely with key internal partners, including discretionary portfolio managers and PB’s full range of product specialists, to deliver the firm’s best capabilities, solutions, and investment insights.
Proactively manage and control risks while maximizing financial returns in line with applicable regulations.
Act within professional, legal, and ethical boundaries and guidelines, observing all internal and external compliance regulations and the Code of Ethics and Conduct; identify and manage reputational risks and conflicts of interest issues.
Your skills and experience:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
At least 1-3 years of experience in managing and/or advising on multi-asset class portfolios for clients across traditional and alternative assets.
Strong interest in financial markets, portfolio construction, and asset allocation.
Good understanding of investment products across equities, fixed income, funds, alternatives, and structured solutions.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret investment and portfolio data.
Opportunistic and idea-driven investment approach.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
