•    Maintaining accurate records, databases and engagement data.
•    Supporting the collection, monitoring and reporting of data for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, charity partners and firm leadership.
•    Assisting with budget administration, invoice processing, charitable donations, fundraising platforms and financial record keeping.
•    Creating engaging communications to promote Responsible Business activities and achievements, including intranet content, presentations, email communications and promotional materials.
•    Conducting research to support programme development, continuous improvement and the sharing of best practice.
•    Managing a range of projects and activities independently, with support and guidance from the wider Responsible Business team.
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate:
Essential
•    Experience in programme coordination, employee engagement, event management, communications or a similar role.
•    Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt your approach for different audiences.
•    Confidence in building and maintaining relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
•    Good administrative skills and a high level of attention to detail.
•    The ability to work to deadlines and manage competing demands.
•    A proactive approach and the confidence to use your initiative.
•    Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
•    An interest in responsible business, sustainability, social impact or community engagement.
