Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves steering the technical vision and architectural framework for bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that solutions meet business goals effectively. The position demands active involvement in setting development benchmarks and maintaining high standards for code quality, scalability, and system performance. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with organizational objectives is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering innovation and excellence in software delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software architecture with evolving business requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and product delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.
- Experience with front-end and back-end frameworks, including but not limited to ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, and related technologies.
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices for scalable and maintainable code.
- Familiarity with database design, development, and optimization techniques.
- Ability to implement and oversee code quality assurance processes, including code reviews and automated testing.
- Experience in managing deployment pipelines and continuous integration/continuous deployment workflows.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
