Four Seasons Hotel and Residences is part of a 65-storey mixed-use tower that will include 242 Four Seasons Private Residences, 27 serviced apartments, a 209-key Four Seasons Hotel and a six- floor of 250,000 square foot luxury retail podium, collectively known as Four Seasons Place Kuala Lumpur. The Hotel introduces several unique dining outlets to the city, including a Cantonese restaurant, lobby and rooftop pool bars, and an all-day dining restaurant with sweeping views of the Petronas Twin Towers. Four Seasons Hotel and Residences is located in the Golden Triangle neighborhood, Kuala Lumpur’s thriving business and financial district. Spa Attendant

Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur is seeking a professional, guest-focused, and attentive Spa Attendant to support the daily operations of the Spa by ensuring all facilities, treatment rooms, and guest areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and luxury. The Spa Attendant plays a key role in creating a welcoming and relaxing environment, contributing to an exceptional wellness experience for guests.

What You Will Do:

• Cleaning and maintaining of the spa and fitness area including lockers, fitness and pool deck areas.

• Restocking supplies including but not limited to towels, coffee and tea as needed in the areas the Spa requires.

• Also, will comply with any other additional requests that may arise pertaining to Spa Attendant duties.

• Provide the proper and safe guidance to our guests, residents and their guests, to operate and care of all health club equipment including, gym equipment, free weights, bicycles, steam room and handicapped lift.

• Provide information and assistance to hotel guests, residents and their guests as requested, give them an orientation, have them register and is familiar with all hotel services and hours of operation.

• Report equipment malfunctions promptly and accurately.

• Ensure safety procedures are followed and notified to Security of any accident or injury.

• Distribute and stock towels, robes, swimsuits, toiletries, juices, fruits and other items or amenities needed in the area to provide guests with a level of service in keeping with a Four Seasons.

• Follow the proper procedures to report when any items will be needed to restock inventory.

• Enforce health club rules and regulation with guests.

• Clean all the Spa areas including lockers, fitness area, pool decks, steam rooms, massage rooms and any other area within the Spa.

What You Bring: 

• Poses an affinity for guest service.

• Firm knowledge of Spa and Health Club operations.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.

• Ability to lift up to 60lbs.

• Able to work a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays as per business demands and needs.

• Must be able to speak, read, and write Bahasa Malaysia and English.

• Must have the right to work in Malaysia.
