Cardiac Anesthesiologist opening with private Catholic, non-profit hospital in Rockford, IL, with nationally ranked heart program. OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center is a designated Level I trauma center. The nonprofit Catholic hospital is dedicated to serving the diverse community of Rockford, IL. Outstanding surgeons and support staff team up to work in the fast-paced environment. Fast paced environment with great support staff and surgeons.
Total Rewards
Salary: $550K annually
Sign-on incentive: $100K
Cardiac Stipend: $50K

Case Assignments
• Light OB, cardiac, healthy peds, ortho, spine, general, GYN, advanced cardiac procedures including robotic cardiac, TEVAR, TAVR, robotic lung resections, and more
Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership
Requirements
• MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Completion of Anesthesiology Residency
• Board Eligible or Board Certified
• Current medical licensure
• ECFMG/FLEX (if applicable)
