Operator

Sandvik (Jining) Rocbolt Technologies China Co., Ltd. currently has an opening for operators, located in Jining China, hours from 8:00AM to 5:00PM.

Main Responsibilities & Tasks:  

1) Comply with all Sandvik EHS policies and procedures

2)Obey management, follow instructions, adhere to factory and workshop rules and regulations, carry out production in accordance with the production plan, and complete tasks to the required quality and quantity standards

3) Follow the technical staff’s process guidance and strictly enforce product quality standards

4) Strictly follow production process documentation and equipment operating procedures; do not operate in breach of regulations

5) Conserve water and electricity, save energy and reduce consumption to lower production costs

6)Resolve and report any issues arising during the production process in a timely manner,

7) Carry out daily checks and maintenance on tools and equipment in use, maintain them in good condition, use production tools appropriately, and ensure production safety

8) Perform one’s duties diligently, maintain cleanliness of equipment and the workshop, adhere to 5S management practices on site, and ensure safe and orderly production

9) Actively participate in training organised by the factory and workshop, and coordinate effectively between workstations

10) Assist with FMEA analysis and the formulation of quality control standards: Prior to the introduction of new products, assist in collecting relevant technical documentation, collating meeting minutes, and monitoring the implementation of follow-up measures;

11) Assist with Lean improvement projects: Responsible for the collection, organisation and archiving of process documentation during improvement projects, including pre- and post-improvement data comparisons and on-site photographs;

12)Assist with MBOM change management: Responsible for communicating change notifications, organising change review meetings and compiling meeting minutes, as well as following up on feedback from relevant departments;

13) Assist with data entry into the ERP system: Responsible for collecting, organising and entering material codes for finished products, raw materials, components and other items into the system, and verifying the entries with engineers upon completion;

14)    Assist with data audits: periodically assist in checking the completeness of MBOM data; compile any identified data errors, omissions or duplicates, and submit them to engineers for resolution;

15) Complete other tasks assigned by manager

Experience & Knowledge:

1)   At least one year’s relevant production experience in this industry

2)   Proficient in operating equipment

3)   Diligent, conscientious and proactive in their work;

4)   Able to work well under pressure, with strong communication skills; hard-working, honest and reliable;

5)   Able to work night shifts
