Nocturnist ICU Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (APP)  Dignity Health Medical Group – Dominican is seeking a motivated Nocturnist ICU NP/PA (APP) to join our patient-centered organization in Santa Cruz, CA! As our Nocturnist ICU NP/PA, you will join Dignity Health Medical Group – Dominican, a physician-led, patient-centered organization in Santa Cruz, CA. This is a unique opportunity for a driven advanced practice provider to deliver high-quality, overnight critical care within our modern intensive care facilities at Dominican Hospital. This role offers the opportunity to manage complex, high-acuity patients, perform essential ICU procedures, and stabilize admissions throughout the night. You will collaborate closely with on-call intensivists, ED providers, and the multidisciplinary overnight care team to ensure seamless patient care. Resources like skilled critical care nurses, respiratory therapists, and comprehensive diagnostic imaging ensure a highly supportive and integrated overnight team environment. To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced and motivated Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant passionate about fostering a positive culture and delivering high-quality care to our coastal community. You will thrive within a mission-driven organization committed to patient health. We are offering a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $200,000 to $210,000 annually. This competitive rate is inclusive of 167 12-hour shifts per year, with excellent opportunities for additional shift coverage compensation. You will also receive a generous Sign-On Bonus, Relocation Assistance, and a CME Allowance. Job Requirements

● Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program

● Minimum of 3 years of advanced practice experience in the ICU, Emergency Department, or Inpatient Pulmonary● Active or eligible NP or PA license in the state of California● National Board Certification (e.g., AGACNP-BC, PA-C)● Proven proficiency in critical care procedures and advanced life support● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills● Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented overnight environment
