We're looking for a Brand Protection Supervisor to join our team at the PSA Vault in Delaware. This is a newly created, on-site supervisory role embedded directly within the Vault's authentication operation. The Brand Protection Supervisor will serve as the day-to-day lead for all authentication activity at the facility. This role will oversee the Vault authenticators, ensuring quality standards are met, and acting as the primary liaison between the Vault floor and Brand Protection leadership at headquarters.

 You’ll report to the Senior Brand Protection Manager and work from our New Castle, DE office. 

Onsite Requirement: This role requires you to be onsite in the office 5 days per week.

What You’ll Do: 

  •  Lead and supervise the Vault authentication team across both shifts, maintain established authentication standard operating procedures, and ensure the team is holding quality ahead of throughput.

  • Deliver regular, timely feedback and coaching to support individual performance and skill development. 

  • Monitor team performance to ensure authenticator accuracy level remains inline with PSA standard and take corrective action when needed.

  • Perform regular audits of individual and team output to monitor authentication accuracy and operational performance. 

  • Monitor volume patterns and adjust staffing and resource allocation to support peak operating periods. 

  • Work in conjunction with leadership to ensure staff have the tools, equipment, and workspace needed to perform to standard 

  •  Act as the subject matter expert regarding PSA Brand Protection knowledge, and procedures for the team.

  • Onboard and certify new authenticators as well as conduct training, continuous education sessions and daily briefings.

  • Serve as the primary liaison to Brand Protection, keeping leadership informed of performance, risks, and issues requiring escalation. 

  •  Support Brand Protection investigations by following internal case documentation protocols and collaborating with the customer relations team to resolve cases.   

 

Who You Are: 

  • A person with the ability to clearly communicate complex information and engage varied audiences ranging from newly onboarded authenticators to senior operations leadership.

  • Strong training and coaching instincts; able to tailor instruction to different skill levels and translate procedural requirements into practical on-floor behavior.

  • High attention to detail and a quality-first mindset committed to accuracy and able to hold that standard with a team under volume pressure.

  • Demonstrated ability to work within structured processes while applying sound judgment in edge cases or ambiguous situations.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to deliver clear briefings, maintain records, and produce concise reporting.

  • Collaborative and team-oriented, with the ability to build credibility and trust with both Vault operations staff and Brand Protection leadership.

  • Proficiency in standard Google and/or Microsoft Office products and common business communication platforms.

  • General card and collectibles industry knowledge, including familiarity with known counterfeiting methods and marketplace trends.


Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $61,396-$79,453. Actual compensation on this range varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, experience, and skill set.
