[What the role is]

Senior Manager, Centre Management / Intergrated Development Management

We are seeking a skilled Senior Manager with Centre Management experience in leading a team to manage retail malls or integrated developments to join our team and oversee key functions in operations, leasing, advertising and promotions and tenancy management for integrated community development projects. You will play a key role in dealing with various stakeholders, ensuring the overall development strategy and key targets are met.

[What you will be working on]

• Lead the team to ensure smooth operations of the building, including taking over and handing over of premises

• Involve in defining the overall strategy of the development, execute strategy to ensure key targets are met

• To lead engagements and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to meet operational and user requirements, and organisational objectives

• To oversee outsourced vendors to ensure quality standards are met

• Develop plans and activities to achieve agreed targets

• Prepare and present management reports for regular reporting

• Optimise resources for efficient operations of building

[What we are looking for]

• Qualification in any relevant field

• Minimum 8 years of experience in leading a team in centre management or asset management in retail/ commercial/ mixed-use developments.

• Experience in centre management of integrated community development and management of Managing Agent is a plus.

• Knowledge of best practices in operations

• Strong leadership, interpersonal, analytical and stakeholder management skills.

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
