Description
We're looking for a Senior Payments Operations Analyst to support the day-to-day operations of ClubWPT Gold's payments stack. You'll work directly with the Head of Payments, acting as her right hand across reconciliation, data analysis, PSP escalations, and daily monitoring of our processing partners.
This is a hands-on operational role, not a decision-making role on contracts or commercial terms, but you'll be exposed to every layer of the payments operation: seven active PSPs (Worldpay, PayNearMe, MuchBetter, Rapyd, MassPay, crypto providers, and orchestrators such as Corefy), settlement banking, chargebacks, approval-rate monitoring, and reconciliation between processor data, Databricks, Finance, and bank settlements.
You'll be measured on accuracy, responsiveness, and auditability. Every number you report must be traceable to a named source system, field, and date basis.
