Execute seasonal product setup and publishing for Worn Wear on Patagonia.com, ensuring timely delivery aligned with go-to-market campaigns and Commerce and Circularity initiatives.
Apply industry best practices to streamline catalog workflows and improve operational efficiency.

Partner with Digital Merchandising and Production to align launch timing, resource needs, and rapid-response support across GTM, Commerce, and Re-Commerce initiatives.
Partner with digital merchandising and SEO to support effective seasonal planning, taxonomy, and maintenance in response to evolving eCommerce needs for used assortments.
Evaluate and advocate for tools, technologies, and industry practices that improve catalog productivity, data quality, and scalability.
Share expertise and provide guidance to internal and external partners on tool usage and optimization.
Build strong cross-functional relationships and maintain clear communication to align priorities and resolve competing needs.
Provide hands-on coverage for mainline Patagonia product catalog workflows as needed, building team redundancy and ensuring continuity across new and used assortments.
Document catalog processes, requirements, and contingency procedures to support consistent execution, knowledge sharing, and reliable coverage across the team.
Partner with technology teams to complete the Worn Wear integration and support ongoing maintenance within digital commerce operations.
Identify and communicate catalog risks, dependencies, and blockers early, coordinating with partners to protect launch timing and product readiness.
