About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner Head to lead the organization's HR business partnering function. This role will serve as a key advisor to senior leadership and business stakeholders, aligning HR strategies with business objectives, strengthening employee engagement, and driving talent and organizational development initiatives.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in HR leadership, multi-site operations, and fast-paced business environments, with a strong track record in workforce planning, employee relations, talent management, and culture transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and provide strategic direction for the HR Business Partnering function, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Partner with senior leaders and business heads to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational growth and operational effectiveness.
- Oversee employee engagement, talent management, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.
- Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to address manpower requirements and organizational capabilities.
- Drive initiatives to improve employee retention, manage attrition, and enhance the overall employee experience.
- Establish effective feedback mechanisms to understand employee concerns, identify workplace challenges, and develop appropriate interventions.
- Utilize HR analytics, dashboards, and workforce data to identify trends, measure HR effectiveness, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, labor laws, HR policies, and workplace practices.
- Lead culture-building, change management, and organizational transformation initiatives.
- Strengthen HR policies, processes, and business partnering practices across multiple sites or business units.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR Business Partnering team to ensure effective delivery of HR services.
- Collaborate with other HR functions to ensure the successful implementation of people initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Management, or a related field.
- At least 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in multi-site, multi-unit, or fast-paced organizations.
- Strong experience in HR business partnering, HR generalist functions, employee engagement, talent management, organizational development, and workforce planning.
- Proven track record in managing employee attrition, improving retention, and implementing employee engagement initiatives.
- Experience in HR analytics, workforce dashboards, and data-driven people management.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, labor laws, HR policies, and employment practices.
- Demonstrated experience in culture building, change management, and organizational transformation.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior management and influence business decisions through strategic HR insights.
