To support the Azelis’ growth strategy, we have an opportunity within our Group ERP team. We are looking for a Production, Warehousing & Quality (PWQ) Delivery Lead with strong analytical and communication skills. This is an in-house opportunity @Azelis, reporting to the Group ERP Manager for an ambitious personality to contribute to the delivery in the Operations domain by leveraging the capabilities of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
The mission of the PWQ Delivery Lead is to be the global subject matter expert for Production, Quality Management and Warehousing within D365. The role is responsible for shaping the global template, driving strategic improvements, leading functional initiatives, and ensuring best practices on processes and standardization are adopted wherever possible consistently across Azelis entities. The PWQ Delivery Lead works closely with Solution Architects, Operations Delivery Lead, process owners and regional teams to maximize business value from the ERP platform.

Main accountabilities
- Be the recognized subject matter expertise in D365 Production, Quality Management and Advanced Warehousing and contribute to the system design decisions in this area.
- Stay current with industry best practices Microsoft roadmap and new functionality relevant to PWQ
- Continuous alignment with the regional teams across the globe and training them in the domain to ensure that the projects are delivered in line with overall group processes
- Configure Dynamics 365 SCM based on the alignment with the group ERP team
- Functional process design of approved changes with focus on standardization and user adoption
- Project support: Lend expertise in the fit & gap analysis, requirement gathering and sign off, provide ERP training to key and end users, regional teams, external partners, assisting UAT, cutover, hyper care
- Execute optimization and automation projects related to PWQ domain
- 3rd line support for live entities, using the ticketing system
- Empower and strengthen the ERP Champions community
Experience & education
We are looking for a proactive personality that is ready to work in an international rapidly changing and challenging environment, with the following qualifications & skills:
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in business, supply chain, IT or equivalent through experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in ERP
- Experience working in an Agile methodology environment and Azure DevOps (or similar) preferred
- Good functional understanding of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Prior experience with LIMS or quality management systems is considered an advantage, but not a prerequisite.
- Open to travel internationally to warehouses and production sites as needed
- Have a curious and innovative mindset, think disruptively and can drive change

- Have strong communication skills in English
