🎯 Your mission

Lead the end-to-end execution of photovoltaic construction projects, ensuring the delivery of projects on time, within budget, with high-quality standards, strong HSE performance, and long-term profitability. ☀️📈⚡

🚀 What will you do?

✅ Lead the planning and execution of photovoltaic projects from construction through commissioning and handover to operations. 🏗️☀️

✅ Coordinate internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project objectives and timelines are met. 🤝📅

✅ Manage project budgets, CAPEX, resources, and costs while identifying optimization opportunities. 💰📊

✅ Identify and mitigate technical, contractual, and operational risks throughout the project lifecycle. 🔍⚡

✅ Ensure compliance with technical standards, regulations, HSE requirements, and quality expectations. 🦺✅

✅ Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing resources and critical activities. 🚀📈

✅ Drive continuous improvement initiatives, innovation, and the adoption of new construction technologies. 🤖🌱

✅ Collaborate closely with clients, grid operators, contractors, suppliers, and key stakeholders. 🌎🔌

🧩 What are we looking for?

🎓 Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields.

🎓 Master's degree or specialization in Project Management, Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, Photovoltaic Systems, or related disciplines.

⚡ 10+ years of experience leading energy infrastructure, electrical, and/or photovoltaic projects.

🏗️ Strong experience managing contractors, budgets, schedules, risks, and complex project execution.

📚 Solid knowledge of photovoltaic systems, substations, electrical networks, and industry regulations.

💻 Advanced proficiency in project management tools, Excel, and Microsoft Project (or equivalent platforms).

🌐 Advanced English proficiency (B2 or higher).
