Description
Develop strategies and recommendations to evolve our regional benefit programs, aligned with local and global objectives. Review and assess benefit programs for financial management, compliance, competitiveness, and effective delivery. Lead the end-to-end vendor review process with our brokers and consultants, overseeing renewals and RFPs for regional benefits and service providers. Build program evaluation metrics with vendors and thought partners to support our decisions to maintain, enhance, or sunset regional benefits. Build a supportive network of stakeholders to advocate for benefits engagement, visibility, and future investments. 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
