Team
You will be part of a young (Average 31yo), dynamic, and internationally structured team, collaborating across multiple regions to deliver efficient and well-coordinated treasury operations. The team is organized to leverage regional expertise while ensuring strong global alignment and governance.
• Front Office (Italy): Responsible for strategic treasury activities, including the management of banking relationships, stakeholder engagement, and oversight of compliance, internal controls, and process integrity. The Front Office also serves as the primary point of contact for both internal and external partners.
• Middle Office (Turkey): Provides essential support to treasury operations, with a focus on control and coordination activities, including payment oversight and cash flow management processes.
• Back Office (China): Handles core operational activities, including payment processing and data management, ensuring a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and reliability in daily operations.

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Treasury Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in corporate treasury, cash management, or treasury consulting. The ideal candidate will combine strong treasury expertise with proven project management capabilities, leading end-to-end treasury initiatives across multiple business functions and geographies.

This role will be responsible for driving treasury transformation projects, optimizing treasury processes, implementing banking and treasury management solutions, and supporting strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing liquidity, risk management, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead treasury projects from initiation through execution, monitoring, and post-implementation review.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with business requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, including Finance, Accounting, Tax, IT, Procurement, Legal, and external banking partners.
• Manage project governance, risk assessments, issue resolution, and status reporting to senior management.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope, budget, and quality expectations.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, process maps, business requirements, and implementation plans.
• Support and optimize global cash management structures and banking relationships.
• Monitor cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, and working capital initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve cash visibility and centralize treasury activities.
• Assist in the implementation and enhancement of cash pooling, in-house banking, and payment factory structures.
• Support bank account management and treasury policy compliance.
• Lead Treasury Management System (TMS, Piteco, SAP) implementation and enhancement projects.
• Coordinate bank connectivity initiatives, including SWIFT, host-to-host and payment platforms.
• Support ERP integration projects impacting treasury processes.
• Drive automation and process standardization initiatives across treasury operations.
• Collaborate with IT teams to define system requirements, testing plans, and deployment activities.

What you need to succeed

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate Treasury, Cash Management, Treasury Consulting, or Treasury Operations in holding structures or similar.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end treasury projects and transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of treasury processes, banking products, cash management, liquidity structures, and financial risk management.
• Experience with Treasury Management Systems (e.g., Piteco is a strong plus, Kyriba, Quantum, SAP Treasury).
• Knowledge of ERP environments such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong project management skills and experience coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Professional certifications (CTP, PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) are considered an advantage
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
