About the Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual to join us as a Student Recruitment Officer to help inspire future learners and guide them on their journey from first enquiry to enrolment.
Your work will blend communication, problem‑solving, planning, admin, and relationship‑building. It’s a role for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on people interaction, and can balance multiple priorities while keeping service quality high.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver clear, high‑quality information, advice and guidance
- Respond to enquiries from students, parents and schools
- Represent the College at open events, taster days and careers fairs
- Visit schools and colleges to deliver presentations and workshops
- Support major recruitment events across all sites
- Maintain enquiry data and support analysis of trends
- Liaise with curriculum teams to ensure course info is up to date
- Manage version control of marketing and admissions materials
- Support with social media enquiry handling and content ideas
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves:
- Strong communication skills — confident with groups
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Customer‑focused mindset
- Confident using Microsoft Office
- Flexible and friendly team player
Great‑to‑have:
- Marketing or business qualification
- Experience in education or IAG
- Understanding of post‑14 education routes
- Experience using social media for customer service
