Customer Experience Consultant

We are seeking to extend our Rotterdam team with a new Customer Experience Consultant. The customer experience consultant owns and manages the customer experience of our Key Customers in the Retail and Lifestyle vertical.

Key responsibilities

• Delivers a positive customer experience for all customers and ensures a smooth execution of the end-to-end shipment lifecycle by working closely with the customer and internal teams.
• Looks after Key Retail & Lifestyle customers.
• Builds strong relationships with all stakeholders including offshore GSC teams.
• Is responsible for customer satisfaction and has experience with customer interaction.
• Handles incoming customer services queries, issues and exception management.
• Understands customers' business drivers, needs and requirements.
• Continuously works on improving the business.
• Responsible for finances.

What we are looking for

• Solid background in logistics, with exposure to ocean freight and supply chain management
• Strong sense of urgency and exceptional prioritization skills for time-critical tasks.
• Demonstrated experience in handling customer requests and possessing a commercial mindset.
• Ability to independently organize and structure daily work, efficiently managing workload with agility.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
• High sense of ownership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
