Job Summary

The Regional Coordinator will support the Regional Manager and the Facility Managers, overseeing a dedicated region of the Kimberly-Clark account portfolio. The Regional Coordinator will be an excellent communicator and have exceptional follow-up capabilities, to support the day-to-day facility operations and maintenance, and to ensure performance against client expectations. This position is responsible for coordination within the assigned region, including, but not limited to: managing work order completion; providing client follow-up; and performing against assigned targets. The ideal candidate will efficiently coordinate with EFS technicians and subcontractors, and work with client colleagues within the region.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for client escalations and ensure timely resolution to requests

Manage any and all work orders, including emergency service requests, from inception through to completion, in CMMS platform

Ensure both in-house and 3rd party technicians supporting the account are achieving assigned performance targets

Support, as needed:

-          Subcontractor dispatch

-          Subcontractor scheduling

-          Service escalations

-          Payment-related inquiries

Support Regional Manager and support staff in ensuring routine services meet contractual requirements including but not limited to repair & maintenance, landscaping, snow removal, and janitorial service

Coordinate with Procurement Specialist for parts and equipment needed to perform services

With support of the Regional Manager, review and approve all work which exceeds predefined thresholds

Communicate/escalate with appropriate parties (RM, FMs, local client, service providers, etc.) as needed

Review and develop necessary corrective action plans related to Customer Satisfaction reports completed by client. Ensure appropriate resolution to problems identified during facility inspections.

Cultivate and maintain a positive working relationship with client representatives (EFS or K-C) and service providers

Qualifications

Education (HS Diploma, Under/Graduate Degree, etc.)

High School Diploma or equivalent

Business Experience (prior years’ work/related experience)

3-5 years administrative experience, previous experience in an industrial environment desirable

Licenses/Certifications

Valid driver’s license

Computer Skills

Extensive experience using Microsoft Office, including proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.), Word, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with CMMS platforms.

Language Skills

English 

Written and Oral Communication Skills

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

 

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
