Senior Associate - Procurement & IFS Transformation

Key Responsibilities 

Procurement Support 

• Assist in implementing procurement policies, procedures, and guidelines 

• Support vendor management, document preparation, and basic negotiations under the guidance of senior team members. 

• Help track vendor performance and maintain accurate procurement records. 

• Act as an enabler by coordinating with internal stakeholders to keep the purchase cycle smooth and ensure compliance with firm policy, procedures and relevant regulations. 

IFS Transformation Support 

• Contribute to transformation projects by coordinating workstreams, supporting project plans, and tracking progress. 

• Gather and analyze data to identify areas for continuous improvement. 

• Prepare related materials such as communications, presentations, and events/training aids. 

• Assist in developing KPIs and reporting to measure project outcomes and impact. 

Preferred Skills & Experience 

• Currently a PwC employee in any line of service 

• Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail 

• Good interpersonal and communication abilities to work effectively across teams and levels 

• Analytical, problem-solving and innovative mindset; comfortable working with data and basic reporting tools 

• Interest in developing expertise in procurement or business transformation (training and guidance will be provided) 

• Demonstrated reliability and a track record of delivering on commitments within PwC projects and engagements
