You will be responsible for assisting the organisation in obtaining quality goods at the appropriate price, driving cost savings and operational efficiency.
PwC Vietnam is seeking a Senior Associate to join Internal Firm Services (IFS) in a dual role supporting both Procurement and Transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement Support
Assist in implementing procurement policies, procedures, and guidelines
Support vendor management, document preparation, and basic negotiations under the guidance of senior team members.
Help track vendor performance and maintain accurate procurement records.
Act as an enabler by coordinating with internal stakeholders to keep the purchase cycle smooth and ensure compliance with firm policy, procedures and relevant regulations.
IFS Transformation Support
Contribute to transformation projects by coordinating workstreams, supporting project plans, and tracking progress.
Gather and analyze data to identify areas for continuous improvement.
Prepare related materials such as communications, presentations, and events/training aids.
Assist in developing KPIs and reporting to measure project outcomes and impact.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Currently a PwC employee in any line of service
Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail
Good interpersonal and communication abilities to work effectively across teams and levels
Analytical, problem-solving and innovative mindset; comfortable working with data and basic reporting tools
Interest in developing expertise in procurement or business transformation (training and guidance will be provided)
Demonstrated reliability and a track record of delivering on commitments within PwC projects and engagements
