Sales Manager

Job Summary

Our client, a leading organization in the automotive sector, is seeking a dynamic and results driven Sales Manager to lead and develop its sales team while driving revenue growth, market share expansion, and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, managing sales performance, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service. This role requires a hands on leader with strong commercial acumen and a passion for achieving results.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Business Development

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.
• Monitor sales performance and ensure targets are achieved through effective pipeline management and coaching.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within retail, corporate, and fleet markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop value added solutions and promotional initiatives.

Customer Experience

• Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service across all customer touchpoints.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Foster long term customer relationships that drive repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain high standards of communication and customer engagement.

Team Management

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high performing sales team.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and training activities.
• Establish clear goals and performance expectations for team members.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of top sales talent.

Operations & Reporting

• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years' leadership experience within the automotive industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Experience leading sales teams and managing customer relationships.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, customer engagement, and business development principles.
