## What you’ll do:

The EMEA Growth & Transformation Process Excellence Specialist is responsible for driving materials management process excellence within the ES EMEA Growth Engine Team. This role focuses on three key areas: Forecast, Suppliability & Capacity Planning, and S&OE (Sales & Operations Execution). The key focus is to ensure ES EMEA is ready for the aggressive growth plans with sustainable processes in the framework of EATON's Target Operating Model.

Operating in an Agile/Sprint-based environment, the SME acts as a bridge between strategy, systems, and execution, ensuring consistent and effective application of materials management processes across ES EMEA. The role supports "Get to Run" transformation initiatives while maintaining strong alignment with daily operational realities and cross-functional collaboration. The Growth & Transformation Process Excellence Specialist will drive consistency, adoption, and effectiveness of materials management processes.

Main Responsibilities:

\- Own and lead materials management processes within the Growth Engine Team, ensuring clarity, consistency, and adherence across ES EMEA.

\- Act as the specialist for Forecast, Suppliability & Capacity Planning, and S&OE processes.

\- Drive process improvement projects from concept through implementation, ensuring alignment with ES EMEA's strategic growth objectives.

\- Lead and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with the run business to validate process changes and system enhancements before go-live.

\- Ensure sustainable implementation and handover of improved processes into the run business, including training, documentation, and ongoing support.

\- Support "Get to Run" initiatives, driving process standardization and operational excellence.

\- Work within an Agile/Sprint methodology, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and continuous iteration cycles.

\- Provide expert guidance on SAP/ERP systems, ensuring data integrity and end-to-end process consistency.

\- Support digital tools implementation (Kinaxis, Palantir) where applicable to enhance planning capabilities.

\- Act as a central point of collaboration across ES EMEA Supply Chain functions, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and IT.

\- Proactively identify gaps and inefficiencies, leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning performance.

\- Establish and maintain standards, including documentation, standard work, and training frameworks.

\- Drive change management efforts, ensuring adoption, accountability, and sustainability of new processes.

This role requires close collaboration with the Growth Engine Team, ES EMEA Supply Chain, and cross-functional stakeholders.

## Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field).
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain, materials management, production planning, or a related SCM environment, preferably in a multi-site or regional context.

## Skills:

  • Strong expertise in materials management processes and best practices.
  • Solid hands-on experience working with SAP / ERP systems (required).
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes including forecasting, capacity planning, and S&OE.
  • Experience with Kinaxis or Palantir is a plus.
  • Experience supporting operating model deployment or process standardization initiatives is a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Experience with Agile/Sprint methodology; Scrum certification is a plus.
  • Green Belt certification is a plus (or equivalent CI experience).
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, practical guidance.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across functions and levels.
  • Comfortable operating in transformation environments with changing requirements.
  • Proactive, structured, and execution-oriented working style
