Customer Service Advisor Position (SW Portland)
At The V Shop, we’re not your typical automotive service and repair facility. We are a well-established, independent automotive repair specialist with one mission: to be the Pacific Northwest’s premier shop for Volvo cars. For over 20 years, we've built our reputation on technical excellence, honesty, and exceptional customer care. Our customers trust us because we focus on long-term relationships and educating about proper vehicle care instead of high-pressure sales. We're looking for a full time Customer Service Advisor salesperson who shares those values to join our growing business.
If you are someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and being part of a close-knit team while receiving great pay and benefits, we'd like to meet you! Automotive experience is a plus but not required. We value character, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.

The ideal candidate is:
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional.
- An excellent communicator in person, by phone, and in writing.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- A strong problem solver who stays calm under pressure.
- Self-motivated and dependable.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and leadership potential.
- Experienced in sales, customer service, and/or automotive service advising.
- Licensed with a clean motor vehicle record.
- Computer proficient and able to type at least 40 words per minute.
