As a Team Lead, you will: 

  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and career development to members of your team. 

  • Implement escalation channels in accordance with mutually agreed-upon procedures. 

  • Lead a high-performing team through an exciting transition to build problem-solving, critical thinking, analytical and technical capabilities which will enable the department to develop deeper, more scalable solutions. 

  • Establish team goals and work with direct reports on strategies for executing, measuring progress, and sharing results. 

  • Identify actionable insights, suggest recommendations, and influence team strategy through effective communication.
     

Requirements:

  • C1/C2 Fluency in German and English

  • At least 2 years of prior relevant people management experience. 

  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills. 

  • Experience providing constructive criticism and implementing corrective action plans. 

  • High-level understanding of customer confidentiality standards and also has a passion for the development of teammates.
     

Benefits:

  • Private Health and Life insurance with Generali

  • Transportation allowance: 65€ gross/month 

  • Meal allowance: 85€ net/month

  • Birthday leave: 1 additional day off paid by the company (after the course of the 1st year in TaskUs)

  • Salary: 1550 EUR gross monthly
