Description
Within the HVs Assembly & Installation Department, operating across the Montereau and Paron sites, you will be responsible for managing Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) activities.
You will report directly to the HVS QHSE Manager based at the Paron site and work closely with the team located at the Montereau site.
QHSE Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections.
- Lead the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental management systems.
- Ensure effective control of QHSE documentation.
- Report recurring or significant issues to support the identification of relevant Quality improvement initiatives.
- Manage customer and supplier complaints.
- Prepare and process internal and external non-conformity reports.
- Conduct audits, prepare audit reports, and follow up on associated corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain and update the QHSE action plan.
- Contribute to the development of the annual training plan, monitor training activities, and recommend training programs best suited to Assembly & Installation operations.
- Monitor personnel authorizations and certifications.
- Prepare and verify compliance of site QHSE documentation (PPSPS, PAQ, PPE, etc.).
- Organize annual inspections of Personal Protective Equipment (harnesses, lanyards, helmets, lifelines, etc.) and manage PPE inventories.
- Participate in accident investigations and monitor related performance indicators.
- Monitor and manage QHSE performance indicators for the Assembly & Installation Department.
- Ensure effective QHSE communication with operational teams.
- Carry out all administrative activities related to QHSE matters.
Metrology Responsibilities
Act as the Metrology Representative for HVS Assembly activities:
- Coordinate calibration activities, maintenance, and repairs of Measuring and Test Equipment (M&TE).
- Manage measurement and monitoring devices.
Skills and Qualifications
Education:
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree (2–3 years higher education) in QHSE, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or a related field.
Experience:
- Ideally 3 to 5 years of experience in a QHSE role; junior profiles will also be considered.
Skills:
- Well organized, autonomous, and proficient in the use of IT tools.
- Curious, proactive, and committed to improving working practices.
- Ability to work effectively within a team in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
- Strong time-management and prioritization skills.
- Analytical mindset and initiative to resolve operational challenges.
Additional Requirement:
- Frequent travel to construction sites across France and Belgium
Au sein du Service Montage & Installation HVS (Hight Voltage Systems) présent sur les sites de MONTEREAU (77) et PARON (89), vous assurez la gestion des activités QHSE.
Vous êtes rattaché(e) au Responsable QHSE HVS sur le site de PARON.
Votre poste sera basé à PARON (89)
Vous travaillez en collaboration avec l’équipe présente sur le site de MONTEREAU.
MISSIONS QHSE
- Réaliser de fréquentes visites et inspections de chantier
- Animer l'élaboration, le maintien et l'amélioration des systèmes qualité, sécurité et environnement
- Maîtriser les documents qualité, sécurité et environnement
- Gérer les réclamations clients et fournisseur
- Rédaction et traitement des Non-conformités interne et externe
- Assurer la réalisation des audits et la rédaction de comptes-rendus ainsi que le suivi des actions correctives ou préventives associées
- Participer à l’élaboration du plan de formation annuel, suivre le déroulement des formations et proposer les formations les plus adaptées aux activités du service montage
- Rédiger et vérifier la conformité de la documentation QHSE chantier (PPSPS, PAQ, PPE …)
- Organiser la vérification annuelle des EPI (harnais, longes, casque, Lignes de vie...) et gérer les stocks EPI
- Participer à l’analyse des accidents, suivi des indicateurs
- Assurer la communication QHSE avec les équipes
- Effectuer toutes les démarches administratives ayant trait aux domaines QHSE
MISSIONS METROLOGIE
Être le correspondant métrologique de l'activité HVS montage
- Suivi des contrôles métrologique, de l’entretien et des réparations du matériel ECME
- Gestion des appareils de mesures
COMPETENCES ET QUALIFICATIONS
Niveau études : DUT – Licence (Bac + 2 / 3) dans le domaine QHSE
Expérience : Idéalement 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans la fonction QHSE, profil junior accepté
Compétences :
Vous êtes organisé(e), autonome, vous maitrisez l’outil informatique
Curieux(se) et force de proposition pour améliorer les pratiques
Capacité à travailler en équipe dans un environnement dynamique et multiculturel.
Bonne gestion du temps et des priorités.
Esprit d’analyse et d’initiative pour résoudre des problématiques opérationnelles.
Déplacements fréquents en France et Belgique sur chantier
