Job Title: Inventory Associate
Reports to: Inventory and Facilities Manager
Warehouse Operations Manager
Job Classification: Non-Exempt, Regular Full-Time
Monday-Friday
The function of the Inventory Associate is to perform daily product inventory and weekly code date inventory. This position will also assist and serve as relief for warehouse receiving, restocking, and repack personnel. The Inventory Associate will also assist with safety compliance to ensure a clean, safe working environment. This position reports to the Inventory and Facilities Manager for all inventory tasks, while reporting to the Warehouse Operations Manager for all receiving and warehouse tasks.
DESCRIPTION OF ESSENTIAL TASKS
INVENTORY
- Inventory Gatorade SKUs before 6:30am each morning.
- Develop and communicate daily Gatorade order for product transfer from off-site inventory location(s).
- Perform daily product inventory.
- Daily inventory to be completed before 11:00am.
- Maintain weekly code date inventory.
- WAREHOUSE
- Assist in management of safety compliance measures to ensure a clean, safe working environment.
GENERAL
- Exhibit a high level of ethical and moral conduct while at work or in attendance of any off-site function during work hours or after work hours while representing Pepsi-Cola Bottling Company of Luverne.
- Honor and follow through on all personal and business commitments.
- Maintain neat, professional appearance, appropriately dressed and well-groomed always while representing Pepsi-Cola Bottling Company of Luverne.
- Ensure effective communication and cooperation between warehouse facilities and all other supporting departments.
- Ensure that every reasonable precaution is taken to protect the safety of self, company personnel, and company property.
- Ensure that every reasonable precaution is taken to protect the Company from possible damages, theft, or other liabilities.
- Properly complete all required paperwork to company policy and timeline.
- Required to attend, and/or participate in all scheduled meetings.
- Required to work nights, weekends, and non-traditional hours as needed.
- Responsible for continuous self-improvement through the knowledge and use of all company provided training, either web-based, in-house, or any other provided method. Must successfully complete assigned training curriculum, including but not limited to ej4 and/or facilitated training.

- Required to complete other activities assigned by supervisor(s).
- May be required to travel for company events, training, meetings, etc.
- May be required to accommodate unscheduled days/hours.

- Valid State Driver’s License with acceptable MVR
- High School Diploma or GED
- Microsoft Office
- Forklift Certification
- Warehouse, beverage/consumer product related experience preferred
