Dein Verantwortungsbereich

• Du unterstützt aktiv die quartalsweise Berichterstattung für Investoren und Analysten (inkl. Erstellung von Präsentationen, Reden und Q&A).
• Du analysierst Analystenberichte, bereitest Insights für das Management auf, erstellst Ad-hoc-Analysen und arbeitest an Projekten mit.
• Du bist im regelmässigen Austausch mit Investoren und Analysten und beantwortest finanzielle sowie strategische Fragen zu Swiss Life.
• Du organisierst nationale und internationale Investoren Roadshows und Konferenzen (teils mit Group CEO und CFO).
• Du verantwortest zentrale IR-Prozesse (z. B. Aktionärsidentifikation, Targeting, Website/Mailbox, Wettbewerbsanalysen) und koordinierst externe Partner (u. a. SIX, Nasdaq, Chorus Call, IR Club).

Deine Stärken

• Du verfügst über einen Universitätsabschluss in Finance, Economics oder Business Administration sowie über mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Investor Relations.
• Du bringst ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie starke Kommunikations- und Präsentationskompetenzen mit.
• Der Umgang mit internen und externen Stakeholdern – einschliesslich Group CEO, Group CFO, Investoren und Analysten – fällt Dir leicht.
• Du zeichnest Dich durch hohes Engagement, Flexibilität und die Fähigkeit aus, in einem dynamischen Umfeld erfolgreich zu arbeiten.
• Du verfügst über hervorragende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie über fundierte MS‑Office‑Kenntnisse, insbesondere in PowerPoint und Excel.
