What you’ll do?

• Participate in monthly and quarterly business analysis, including detailed evaluations in Excel, OneStream, and Qlik Sense, as well as variance analysis

• Support the quarterly settlement of variable salary components

• Manage the end-to-end billing process for customer bonuses

• Contribute to the annual budgeting process

• Assist with internal audit preparation and internal controls, including balance sheet reviews

• Act as a business partner to Accounting and support ad hoc financial requests for the local go-to-market organization

• Support local and global projects aimed at introducing, improving, and optimizing accounting processes

What you will bring?

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

• Previous experience in Controlling, preferably within an international company working with shared service centers, is an advantage

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different locations while effectively prioritizing competing demands

• Strong systems aptitude and advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel

• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality

• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

• Fluent German and professional working proficiency in English; French is a plus
