What's the job?

Responsibilities:

 

• Design and document scalable automation solutions, including the creation of Solution Design Documents
• Develop and maintain automations using UiPath, Python, and related technologies, ensuring solutions are efficient, reusable, maintainable, and aligned with development standards
• Research, evaluate, and test emerging automation technologies, with a particular focus on AI-driven solutions, to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement
• Investigate and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective support to business stakeholders
• Plan, execute, and support Unit Testing and User Acceptance Testing activities
• Assess, develop, and implement change requests in accordance with established governance and change management processes
• Provide technical guidance to other developers, supporting them in troubleshooting complex issues and sharing best practices

What you'll bring

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with RPA platforms such as UiPath (preferred), Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or NICE
• 3+ years of experience delivering automations using technologies such as RPA, Python, Microsoft Power Platform, or similar automation frameworks
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Azure Tables, or other database technologies is an advantage
• Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and apply them effectively in real-world business environments
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Ability to independently design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and continuously improve automation solutions
• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken), with the ability to create clear, concise, and high-quality technical documentation
