Now Hiring - Commercial Sales Manager
- Pay: $6,000-$20,000 Monthly
- Schedule: Full Time
What You'll Do
- Develop and prospect local businesses for sales and service needs.
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction. Eliminate any customer confusion.
- Ensure all cars are properly tagged with MSRP, ADM, Buyer's Guides, and Warranty Disclosures.
- Be an expert on product knowledge and be able to share this knowledge with sales team.
- Ensure exact customer counts and logging of all customer contact into Performance Dashboard.
What You'll Bring

- Mathematics – ability to solve basic math calculations
- Basic Computer skills
- Operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, with ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions

Total Rewards
This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commissions off Fleet Team or Individual Payable Gross and Bonuses based on Team Units Sold, Manufacturer Approvability.
The average wage range for this position is $6,000-$20,000 Monthly
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
