FinQuery is seeking a dynamic, resourceful, and collaborative Manager of Professional Services to lead our onboarding and professional services team. In this role, you will support our rapid departmental scaling by mastering multiple cross-channel tasks to ensure our clients experience a seamless, highly successful onboarding journey across our expanding product suite.
You will balance direct people management with hands-on portfolio execution by leading a dedicated team of professionals while simultaneously managing your own strategic book of clients. If you possess exceptional communication skills, thrive when working with diverse personalities, and have a genuine passion for mentoring others and driving continuous process improvement, we want to hear from you! This role reports directly to the Director of Professional Services.
