We are seeking a talented individual to join our Claims Operations team at PT Marsh Risk. This role will be based in Jakarta. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As a Claims Executive, you will support the end-to-end claims management process, acting as an intermediary between clients and insurers to help ensure claims are progressed smoothly and in line with established standards. This is an entry-level individual contributor role, ideal for someone ready to apply knowledge gained through advanced education while developing professional skills with guidance from a manager and experienced colleagues.

We will count on you to:

• Review and understand incoming documentation and new claims notifications under supervision; flag potential issues or contentious claims and seek guidance where needed
• Identify which policies or parts of coverage may be impacted by incoming low-complexity claims; validate details and request clarification when uncertain to ensure proper protocols are followed
• Determine coverage for low-complexity, small-to-medium sized claims and/or clients by interpreting policy terms and communicating with underwriters/insurers
• Escalate complex issues requiring technical knowledge to senior colleagues and claims advocates to ensure correct application of policy and claim calculations
• Liaise with claims advocates and/or clients to address claim-related issues and client service concerns and support smooth processing
• Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, third parties, and insurers to obtain status updates, respond to common information requests, and resolve queries

• Advanced education and readiness to apply foundational insurance/claims knowledge in a professional setting
• Ability to review documentation carefully and maintain accurate records and reporting
• Clear written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to seek guidance, validate information, and escalate issues appropriately
