- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve testing processes and methodologies within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their testing skills and knowledge.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on quality objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Functional Test Planning.
- Strong analytical skills to design comprehensive test cases and identify defects effectively.
- Experience in documenting test results and defect tracking with clarity and precision.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with delivery teams to ensure smooth release cycles.
- Familiarity with various testing techniques and methodologies to enhance test coverage.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate testing outcomes and quality concerns.
