Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Support sample preparation, shipment coordination, and sample tracking activities for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Assist in maintaining and organizing the sample bank, ensuring inventory accuracy and timely replenishment.
• Follow up on documentation requests, including customer forms, product information, regulatory documents, and internal records.
• Support customer visit preparation by coordinating meeting logistics, preparing presentation materials, and arranging product displays.
• Assist the commercial team with data collection, report preparation, and routine administrative tasks.
• Coordinate communication with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Regulatory, and Supply Chain.
• Maintain accurate customer and project information in internal systems and databases.
• Provide general support on customer projects and business initiatives as assigned by the supervisor.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, Chemistry, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in handling documents and data.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to learn in a fast-paced business environment.
• Ability to commit to the internship for at least 3 days per week for a minimum of 3 months.

How Would You Stand Out?

• Previous internship or project experience in Marketing, Consumer Insights, Sales Support, Fragrance, FMCG, Beauty, Personal Care, or related industries.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel functions.
• Demonstrated interest in fragrance, consumer products, market trends, consumer behavior, or brand innovation.
