We're hiring a Customer Service Specialist to help our Durham HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical team keep customers happy! If you're organized, upbeat, and good with people, we'd love to meet you!

Pay: $17-$19/hour based on experience, plus bonus pay opportunities

What You'll Do:

• Be the first friendly voice our customers hear — by phone, email, and online
• Schedule appointments and answer questions about our services
• Help turn leads into booked jobs
• Manage and prioritize technician schedules
• Work closely with field staff and customers to keep jobs running smoothly
• Provide administrative support to keep the office running smoothly

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ year in a customer-facing role (call center or home services experience a plus)
• Experience with dispatch or membership programs is a super plus!
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
•  High school diploma or equivalent
• Comfortable with everyday technology and office tools
• A positive presence even when things get busy
• A team player who's eager to learn and grow
