We're hiring a Customer Service Specialist to help our Durham HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical team keep customers happy! If you're organized, upbeat, and good with people, we'd love to meet you!
Pay: $17-$19/hour based on experience, plus bonus pay opportunities
What You'll Do:
- Be the first friendly voice our customers hear — by phone, email, and online
- Schedule appointments and answer questions about our services
- Help turn leads into booked jobs
- Manage and prioritize technician schedules
- Work closely with field staff and customers to keep jobs running smoothly
- Provide administrative support to keep the office running smoothly
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- 1+ year in a customer-facing role (call center or home services experience a plus)
- Experience with dispatch or membership programs is a super plus!
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Comfortable with everyday technology and office tools
- A positive presence even when things get busy
- A team player who's eager to learn and grow
